I love this massager! It is very powerful and can knock out the knots in your shoulders and traps. I have also used it on my lower back so it is versatile. Great value for the price and super strong massage.

If I could give negative stars I would
I purchased this item after trying it at the hospital where I work. I took it out the box, plugged it in with the cord provided. I used it for estimate or 10 no longer than 15 mins. The balls to massage are extremely hard. The heat did not feel as if it was unbearable. (The massage balls were worse). I went to sleep and woke up with my back sore. Long story short I went to the doctor where I was dx with thermal burns. I contacted the company and provided them with the requested documentation. Now they are asking me to send the item back which I will gladly express ship it back. I feel as if my complaint is taken lightly. The photos are a week apartUPDATE: contacted the company they asked me to send proof that it was their item from the cause of their product. I sent them a letter from the doctor along with receipts. They asked me to mail the item into them which I did. I missed worked on top of the doctor bill what they did was refund the price of the product. Which is totally unacceptable
