About this item

  • 12-Min Fast Ice Making: This efficient ice maker produces 24 cubes in 12 minutes and 45 lbs per day. Cube ice lasts longer and melts slower. Ideal for kitchens, picnics, RVs, and parties, it offers fresh ice without store trips, ensuring you never run out
  • 2 Ways to Add Water: Add water manually or with a 3-gallon bottle. The 0.8-gallon reservoir reduces refills. The 2.6 lbs ice basket stops production when full, thanks to a pressure sensor, ensuring your ice supply is always ready
  • Smart Timer & Ice Thickness Control: Adjust ice thickness (thin, medium, thick) with a timer that delays up to 8 hours. The ice machine alerts when water is low, ensuring continuous ice production
  • Self-Cleaning & LCD Display: Activate self-cleaning of the countertop ice maker by holding the "TIMER" button for 5 seconds. The LCD with push-button controls makes operation simple and user-friendly, providing a seamless experience
  • Fast Condensing & Low Noise: Equipped with a high-speed condensing system, this ice maker machine runs quietly at under 45 dB. Enjoy ice-making without disturbing activities like reading or relaxing

1. the unit came with a big red sticker on the top window that reads "DANGER - Risk of fire or explosion...", (... seriously?) and the sticker has a super gooey adhesive that leaves a horrible mess. When i used adhesive remover IT MELTED THE PLASTIC (shown in first two pictures). cheap materials.2. it's extremely loud. not just the ice dropping-- when it is making ice. My watch says it's 68-73 decibels. "well how loud is that?" ...glad you asked! Per chatGPT, that's "as loud as a vacuum cleaner, or an urban street with moderate traffic passing by". i think chatGPT is being a bit harsh, honestly, but it's comparable... it's somewhere more than a loud box fan, and less than a vacuum cleaner. that's right, VACUUM CLEANER.3. equally important, i would describe THE TYPE OF SOUND as mostly a circa 1970's garage fridge failing condenser, with strong notes of box fan and hints of high pitched ear ringing that seems to achieve a surprisingly high level of echo off a hard surface like countertop. and THAT is the most soothing sound it makes. Then that is followed by the more jarring ejection stage which has weird louder groans and clicks leading to the expected crashing ice into thin brittle plastic every 15 minutes. And i say all of this as a father that is no stranger to constant noise already. this thing is loud and noisy. EDIT: since i could not with good conscience return this product since the top was ruined because of the stupid red sticker and extremely cheap materials leading to a melted lid... we had to move this thing into the mud room because it's just way too loud to keep in the kitchen. after 4 months, i still find myself wondering if i should spend the extra money for a smart plug to set a schedule for this clatter organ so that i don't NOTICE IT EVERY SINGLE TIME I LIE IN BED AT NIGHT A WHOLE FLOOR AWAY. i can't understate how loud this thing is.4. the instructions recommend it is to be placed six inches on all sides from a wall. this wasn't in the product description. if you do that (should i?? remember... "DANGER Risk of explosion"...), if i place it six inches from a wall, it is not only awkwardly placed, that only leaves 4 inches in the front of the unit on a standard counter top-- which means the glass vessel you want to load with ice is probably placed perilously close to the edge of the counter (see pic)4a. it blows lots of very warm air out from the fan on its side. keep this in mind if you are planning for a space on your countertop. i'm assuming in tight spaces that if it can't ventilate properly, the environment will warm up significantly and the barely insulated ice tray will be that much more less effective at keeping good ice.5. AND despite it being recommended six inches from the wall, that is STILL NOT FAR ENOUGH TO FILL WITH WATER IF THE UNIT IS UNDER CABINETS (see pic)6. if you put it under cabinets, each time you have to fill it, you'll have to pull it so far out to reach the reservoir that the unit almost has to hang off the counter (see pic)7. to drain it, it needs to be plugged in. Weird. So if you don't have an outlet near your sink... you may need an extension cord to drain it, like me8. the "thick ice setting" makes thick sheets of ice that i'm pretty sure may cause the ice basket materials to break if i use the required force to chop them up with a butter knife. i can't keep an ice pick around, i have a little kid. Also, if i decide to slum it and just use the sheets... they are too big to fit in a pint glass! (see pic) so i probably can't use the thick ice setting, which was the primary reason i chose this particular product. womp wompReally really bad design, and materials choices on this one. But it makes pretty good ice, fairly quickly. And it does so with almost no consideration to the consumer whatsoever.also... this is not a cheap choice. i paid twice as much as most other models for this. I just don't see the value here at all.

This is a great addition to our bar. It makes ice fast, depending on the temperature in the room it's located. We love that you can select the level of thickness of the ice cubes you prefer. It does need quite a bit of counter space, but that's a small sacrifice. Would be even better if the collection bin was bigger and kept cooler, but they do give you a bag to store ice in your freezer separately. So far, very satisfied with this purchase. Hopefully it will last us a few years.

I am absolutely 100% obsessed with this icemaker. It is an absolute game changer. I am an ice person to my core 365 days a year. For me this made my home feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. It cranks out ice. As long as you put it in the bag in the freezer, you will have as much ice as you need. I honestly run it for maybe a couple hours a day and I have more than enough ice and then put the rest in the freezer to store. I’ve had it for a couple months now and I am so looking forward to summer because I will always have a wonderfully iced beverage. Buy this machine and enjoy!

Ice machine for my niece. She liked it.
  • Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2023
My husband and I have purchased several icemakers over the years, and all have broken within 6 months. My husband works outdoors and takes a cooler with his lunch and drinks every day. Our refrigerator ice maker has been broken for years and even when it did work didn't produce enough to keep up with our needs. After reading all I could about ice makers currently on the market we decided to purchase this one. We are extremely happy with our purchase. I am not going to lie it is a process for me to keep up with the amount of ice we need daily. I dump the bucket once an hour and fill the reservoir. This is not a hard process just a new addition to my daily routine and it saves my husband over $100 in the ice that he used to buy for his work cooler. This unit itself does not take up too much space but I would measure your space to make sure it fits under any cabinets; the water reservoir is on the top towards the back, and it would make filling the reservoir a pain if you didn't have enough space. The unit is not overly noisy but does have a constant noise while it is making ice, when the ice drops it makes a pretty good thud, but it isn't anything to complain about. We use a Brita water pitcher to keep our reservoir full as the manual says to use quality water. I refuse to purchase bottled water to make ice for a number of reasons, but the ice comes out nicely with this method. My one complaint is the instruction manual; it is hard to understand and doesn't give very clear or concise directions when it comes to self-cleaning function. But besides that, we are extremely happy and hope that it continues to make ice a long time.

so glad i bought this ice machine…was sick of using ice cube trays. produces ice fairly quickly compared to waiting for trays to freeze in a freezer. doesn’t store much ice since it’s small so i bag the ice and store it in the freezer. says that it holds a 3gallon jug but not sure what kind because the one i bought didn’t fit so i just pour. not a big issue for me though. overall, i’m happy with my purchase
