As advertised, a solid basic chair lacking advanced adjustments.
If you are looking for the two functions pictured in the photo attached to this review, this is NOT the chair you want. These two knobs exist on OTHER chairs, (NOT the Noblewell chair I am reviewing) and they are very, very nice to have. However, they are luxuries. If you can survive without those two adjustments, then you should consider this Noblewell office chair. This chair is good for sitting up straight with. It's reasonably sturdy, and has held up for a month's use approximately with no signs of giving up the ghost. It also reclines, and has a headrest, so if you can nap in a reclining office chair it might help you with some Z's.What it WON'T do is win you any envy, or a raise. It's just a chair with a brand that sounds like a Chinese guy took a cool-sounding word in Chinese and ran it through Google translate. In fact, that is most likely where this brand name came from. Rest assured that it is the same chair being sold by 5-10 other oddly-named corporations based in China.Back to functionality though. This chair will not allow you to adjust the angle of recline and lock it into place. You have two options: kingly posture or springy recliner. That is unfortunate for me, because I'm not kingly and sometimes I don't feel like napping. However, it very clearly advertises that it is lacking said feature, so how could I dock it points for not having a feature it professes not to have? If you want that feature, you will need to pay extra to get a better chair. Your call. If you want kingly posture + napping, this is the chair for you.I do like that the arms are height-adjustable, unlike chairs from 1918.Would I buy it again? For the price, I don't think I'd find anything better. However, I do like my office chair at home better, and I probably paid less for that one 8-10 years ago than I did for this one. That one will lock in at any angle of reclining, and also has an angle-adjustable seat (as shown in the picture). However, thanks to inflation, and the ever-increasing race to the lowest possible quality in a bid to raise profit margins, such chairs apparently cannot be had anymore except at great cost from premium brands. Maybe I'll just work from home more.

I saw their other chair is a popular item but this design is way better. I was just skeptical at first because of the new product listing that didn't have any review, so we decided to risk it. After we got it, my wife is very happy with it and would probably get one soon for myself. I’ll probably need to check how long will it last.

    Pro:
    - design is clean
    - Super comfortable and improves postures
    - It helped lessen the back pain of my wife
    - Love that you can lean backward
    - Having the head thing was very helpful
    - Love the armrest because it’s plastic but soft and not hard like our previous chair.
    - Not bad for the price

    Con:
    - The chair inside the box was a little dusty so had to clean it well.
    - It was a little hard to install it by myself but definitely need someone to install it with.
    - Instruction was a little confusing at first because there were 3 screws and the symbol or legend of which screw was not that clear on the instructions. So I had to go back and forth.

Overall I would say it is the closest experience lying down on a bed and hopefully, the fabric won’t tear down and will last long.

Edit: I ordered 2nd one for myself, they revised the instructions and it's now more clear! Thanks for hearing me out Noblewell.

After using the chair daily for nearly three years the headrest broke. I contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement part to fix it. I highly recommend this chair for the quality, price, and comfort. I’m 150lbs, 5’9. If you are a big heavy person, you might want something more heavy duty. Overall, Great value for the price.

The chair is great, sturdy and comfortable, it’s pretty easy to assemble, but contrary to what the instructions say, you need more than a screwdriver and the included Allen wrench to assemble. The reason being is the powder coated painted part where the seat back attaches to the seat bottom makes the bolt holes too small for the bolts to screw into using just the Allen wrench. Luckily for me, I have an impact wrench and 1/2” sized socket to power through that predicament….I assume you can power through it using a ratchet and 1/2” sized socket, but the Allen wrench will not work as you cannot get enough torque on the bolt to screw and fasten the bolts to the holes. Just be forewarned…

I ended up buying 2 more of these because they fit so well at practically any desk, all for a great price. I wanted something that didn’t look too much like ugly office furniture, and this is definitely it. The mesh makes it look a bit more modern and geometric back shape is cool. I needed a chair that fits under a 27.5” desk while still being able to lift up high enough so I could sit in it comfortably. The seat is 22” tall at full extension.

I did find that it was easier to attach the backrest by setting the chair upside down on a stool. Then it was easier to line up the bolts to connect it. I ended up leaving the headrest off and found that it makes it feel less obtrusive in our space, but it’s there if I want to add it on later. I’ve been sitting in it every day for over 4 months and haven’t noticed any wear, tear, or degradation issues, so I can confidently say it is a very durable chair at a great price.

loved everything about this chair for months and months but now the gas piston is already sinking and my headrest broke off all during normal everyday use, and the company does not sell replacement parts on their website so im having to order 3rd party parts and hoping they are compatible to fix its shortcomings. if you want a durable chair, this one might not be the best fit. that being said i do love the seat cushion and the backrest spring, its really smooth and satisfying to rock in, its the main reason i bought the chair because a friend of mine had the same one.

I was looking for a good, ergonomically-sound chair at a reasonable price, and this chair checks pretty much all the boxes. Back is mesh, but solid and supportive; I've sat in cheap mesh chairs that poke you in places, and this doesn't. The seat is a firm but not hard cushion. Arm and head rests are all adjustable. I initially received a chair with a slightly dinged back; I don't blame quality control for not noticing, it wasn't evident until I tried to attach the headrest and couldn't because part of the back was damaged. Best guess is a previous buyer broke a little piece off and then returned it. Anyway, long story short I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement back, and all was well.

At first I was excited to find a well priced ergonomic chair with all the features. It was average difficulty to build and seemed to be made well. But as soon as I sat in the chair, I knew something was off. Pain shot up my back right from where the so called 'lumbar support' was located. I tried moving to every possible position, and all it did was move the pain elsewhere in my back. I tried wrapping the 'lumbar support' in a towel, I tried using a cushion, a lumbar pillow....anything. Nothing helped. It was like knives poking into my spine. I wouldn't recommend this chair unless you are planning on payback to your worst enemy. In which case the physical torture this so called 'ergonomic' chair will cause is the perfect payback.

This thing is supposed to be for big and tall, and they say the 'seat and arm rest' is 29 inches, which implies a seat height that is MORE THAN 20 inches. A tall person sitting at 20 inches? Ridiculous. Now I have to pay $50 to ship this hunk of junk back. I mean really, what kind of genius thought to combine seat and arm rest height together, and to STATE this is a chair for tall people. It's not, it's the absolute standard height. My kingdom for an executive chair with a 28 inch or more height (the SEAT, that is, lol).
