- Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2021Loved the chair. Very big and comfortable but weld broke in back of chair right away. Great company I bought it from. They sent me a new one asap. Hope this one holds up.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2021I'm loving this chair, it's very comfortable and a huge upgrade from the Walmart POS I was using before, but I am somewhat concerned about its lifespan. While I feel it is well built, I've only had this chair for a little month than a month and it's begun to squeak nonstop around the hinges and where the hydrolic is anytime any weight is applied, making me think it's structure is weakening and might possibly give out sometime in the near future. The weight rating is 350lbs and I weight around 260lbs, so I'm not topping out the limit, so that does concern me that it's making me feel as if it's going to break. Here's to hoping I'm wrong cause this is by far one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever owned, so as long as it holds out, then I'm happy.
Update May 5th, 2021
Well, the chair has failed as I had expected. The hinge on the left side of the chair that connects the back and seat together has failed and now the back leans to one side when I sit against it, making it uncomfortable and a pain to sit in as I'm now sitting lopsided. Haven't even owned the chair 3 months and since the return window had closed, I'm stuck with a defective chair that I'm looking to replace asap.
So to anyone looking for a good chair, this aint it. I've in no way put stress on this chair other than simply sitting in it a few hours out of the day, haven't even leaned it back fully not once because i was afraid it would fail if i did, and now it's already falling apart. So yeah, look elsewhere for a gaming chair. 1/10
Update Update May 7th, 2021
Seems I made a mistake in my last review update.
Discovered it actually wasn't the hinge that had messed up, it was in fact the back of the chair itself that had snapped. The wood on the left side of the backrest snapped and that's what is causing the chair to lean to one side when leaned into. So yeah, i thought it was a hardware malfunction at first, but just realized that it was the actual chair itself, guess that speaks to just how poor the quality of this chair is. Dang shame that this chair is rated for 350lbs and it breaks after barely two months of light use when I'm just under 260lbs. Bought a Secret Labs Titan as a replacement, something I should've done to begin with and recommend anyone who reads this review do as well.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2021Chair is definitely sturdy, but it's not the most comfortable to sit in all day which is disappointing. It's also a high sitting chair. It's adjustable, but even with being 5'8", I found it sat too high up to be comfortable even at it's lowest setting. The back also has these odd wings at the bottom which stick into your sides. Seat is very wide, but the back narrows in so much it defeats the point of having a big & tall chair.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2020Purchased for a desk chair for 8-10 hour per day use.
Pros: Very sturdy. Width and depth perfect for this 6’3” 290 pound guy. Assembly was easy as any others.
Cons: Super noisy when sitting or adjusting in the chair. The parts when opening the box almost looked used, not the cleanest. Don’t plan on rolling around too much with this chair, the wheels are terrible and if you use a floor mat (to protect wood floors) then good luck rolling back on if it scoots off. The lumbar pillow is loud when using vibration. The armrests are functional and a bit adjustable but far from comfortable.
Neutral: Very firm.
In the end, for the price, not a bad chair. Held up so far for a few months now with no noticeable ergonomic issues.
Update: 6 months later one of the welds holding the back of the chair upright broke off and I toppled backwards.
No way to fix a weld, so it’s a nice chair but does not hold up. Dropping my rating.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2021I was really skeptical about this. I've used similar chairs in the past but they never lasted. This one was super easy to install, took me about 45 minutes in all. It's also very comfortable.
Update: The hydraulics are poor. It just goes down whether you want it to or not. Not as comfortable anymore and the head rest is in such a weird position that I've had to put a cloth there to be comfortable.
