    So first of all, the packaging was nice, everything came in a plastic wrap or cardboard box so nothing is misplaced. Second, assembling this chair was pretty easy, the manual was kind of confusing but if you pay attention then you wouldn't be confused, probably because I was rushing but it took me around 25 minutes to assemble this chair. One issue I had while assembling this chair was screwing in some screws but just keep trying you'll get it. Third of all, this chair is very comfortable, it even has a massager for your back or wherever you want to put it. One more thing that I got nervous about was these clicking sounds when reclining or leaning the chair back, even when not sitting on it, it makes these clicking sounds when you try to recline it, but nothing happens it works perfectly fine, overall this chair is very good for its price and I have no complains, just some minor issues but I could work with them.

    It's a very comfortable chair for prolonged use. It comes with a lower back vibrating pillow for those with lower back pain. The assembly is pretty simple, it comes with an L screwdriver, which is the only thing you'll need. I'm not sure if all chairs come with this, but mine came with the screws already in their slots and another bag of screws. It arrived earlier than expected. I'm 6'3, so the back height is perfect. It can lean back for an 180° lay. It doesn't feel cheap, which I personally love. It's 5 stars from me

    Have had the chair for a while now. Has great back support but I can’t help but have my tail bone aching after a while. The massage pillow helps but I wish I didn’t have to use it every time. Anyways it feels like recently one of the arms might have went loose because it is rocking to the front now. I like it for the most part but if this continues to decline then I won’t be that happy with it.

It’s super comfortable, I love the large size, it massages my back, and I love the adjustable height since I don’t like a chair too low to the floor. I had back surgery in 2016 (lumbar spinal fusion) and this is the best chair ever!!!! I would definitely recommend buying this chair, it won’t disappoint 👍🏽

    After posting my original review, the sellers reached out to me and offered to replace the chair for me, and I have recieved the replacement chair. I am going to give it some time and then will review again to see if the new chair lasts, maybe the original was just a dud. I did want to add to the original review that the chair has a 350lb weight limit, and I am heavy for a woman but over 100lbs less than the weight limit, so I was surprised at the wear. But I will see how the new one lasts

    Bought this chair a few months ago, and It was really nice at first, comfortable, can sit crosslegged, sturdy. But after a couple of months the cushion wore out, and the fabric on the seat split at the seam. I had contacted the seller, who did give a partial refund. But now, the cushion is all but gone and the seat itself is tipping forward. Definitely not lasting as long as I was hoping for the price as I work from home 10 hours a day.

    This is the worst chair I have bought in 40 years, leans to the left, casters fall out daily, base is weak one caster is already cracked within a month of owning, the seat cushion is basically non existent, the gas slowly goes down daily and has to be raised up every day. I bought this because it claims to be for big and tall well I'm 6'3 290 it's junk for big guys. Had to order an extra seat cushion, and the armrest may as well be metal they are so hard had to order cushions for those too.

    I'm still with in my 6 days to return it. I probably wont. The only thing I like is the side handle that allows you to adjust the back rest to almost any position. Most others are 2-4 positions I've dealt with.

    Arrived May 16th and so far one screw (Sitting in chair) on the right side back support brace keeps popping loose. Even after tightening it with a 3/4 ratchet the 3rd time. I haven't brought out the Torque wrench and thread locker yet but its the next step.

    I find the arms of the chair are lacking about 4-6 inches of height to my liking.

    I've also superglued 5 of the wheel spokes as they keep popping out.

    The comfort rating may be a bit overboard but compared to other aspects I've witnessed. I'd say its of higher quality than the hardware.

    Just not worth my time yet to assemble another chair. This one does the job for the most part. See how long it last.
