Awesome little one handed chainsaw
This is an excellent chainsaw for trimming palm tree fronds. Allows me to trim close to the tree eliminating ugly left behind stumps. Zips through them like butter! The best part is I'm able to securely hold onto the ladder with one hand as it's light enough to only require one hand to operate. The saw appears to be sturdy and quite well built and holds the chain adjustment surprisingly well. Ships with 2 long lasting Lithium batteries, a fast charger, 2 solidly built and sharp cutting chains, adjustment tools, and a chain file. Worked great right out of the box, however I recommend applying a few drops of chain oil periodically to extend the cutting chain life.I had an issue with the saw and received a replacement which works fine. I have since trimmed some more of the deadwood from my garden with no issues. Excellent customer support!

    I searched and searched for a nice handheld saw to use for small limbs in my backyard. This particular saw had amazing reviews. The limbs pictured were larger than the ones I needed cut down and I thought I had found my tool! Within minutes of me using my saw it was stuck in the tree. I had to wiggle for a good 15 minutes to free the saw and the chain was now loose but the saw still worked and I was not deterred. I thought perhaps user error. I decided perhaps my first branch was a little large and moved on to much smaller branches, more like trimming overgrown plants. Seriously these were weeds that had kind of turned into stalks. Suddenly it just stopped. I had been working a total of 15 minutes and nothing. I thought maybe the battery had died and man was I glad I had charged BOTH batteries in advance! So I run inside and grab the other battery, I mean after all its July in Texas, I'm already sweaty and stinky and have Off on and bits off wood in my hair so I'm not going to waste the day, I'm committed to this backyard project. NOTHING. It doesn't work. That night I have my husband look at it because he knows everything and he can't figure it out. We go to Lowe's and buy a chain saw. I haven't lost any appendages and my backyard looks great!

    I think I will have a use for it but sorry that no directions enclosed. They say oil but does not tell you how to and where the oil chamber is, I took a chain of and played all day to get it back on. Been nice to have a manual Thank you for contacting me with the information. I now know there is no oil chamber but I did the chain off to oil. It was a real challenge to get the chain back on properly but I did it. I think my problems are solved and I will use the saw on smaller branches. Thank you

    Purchased in Sept 2021 on Amazon. Used very little, carry on my utv, total running time since purchase approximately 30 minutes. Now 1 battery will not charge, and saw stops right away like it is overheating on other battery. Tried to contact ockered via email but no response from them yet.
