Before purchasing this laser hair removal device, I found that the item is not returnable, which made me hesitate. For this reason, I specifically sent an email to inquire the seller. The reply was because that the item needs to be in contact with the skin during use. Based on this, Amazon doesn't allow the return service. This is understandable, after all, it is in contact with the skin. But the seller promises that if the product is defective, they will provide after-sales service that satisfies me, which makes me feel at ease. They did it.

    Oh when will I learn to stop trying this kind of beauty care item.
    Really does not do what I need it to do all that well.
    It has the appearance like it should work fine.
    Once you really start using it just not getting the results one expects.
    You have hold this one quite specifically which is not the case with others I have used in the past.
    Very awkward to hold it flat in order to get it to work and it really doesn't do much anyway.

    I got this to use mostly for some unwanted facial hair and was a little nervous about using it as I've never had this done by a professional before. The biggest challenge for me was remembering to use it for as many sessions as needed and I had to mark my calendar. The device itself is very easy to use and the controls are intuitive and well marked so you don't have to dig out the instructions for each session. After two months of use using it every other week I can see results too!

    The light flashed and it smelled like something burned, but my thick leg hair still remained. I tried this over several weeks, in hopes that I wouldn't need to shave as much as I went on vacation. I still had to do a full shave before we left.

    Honestly, it was super easy to use, but I just didn't see any effect.

    So I just got this IPL painless hair remover device. Do you still me to remove the hair physically by shaving prior to using this. I find that it is very easy to use and it doesn’t hurt me. It’s too early to tell if it’s making it significant difference in the hair regrowth but I hope that it is. Overall this is pretty easy to use right away and don’t forget to wear those protective sunglasses well using it! I hope that my review has helped make your decision a little easier.
