When you are travelling to Europe or elsewhere the power supply voltage is 220-250V, you can take your loved dryer with you.And you need to change the voltage system manually by switching the voltage converter.Follow below steps: 1. Make sure the dryer is turned off and disconnected from mains supply 2. Slide the Heat/Speed switch to the Low Setting. (See Figure 1) Note:Make sure the switch is slided to the Low Setting before you switch the Dual Voltage Converter. DO NOT switch the Dual Voltage Converter at OFF or HIGH setting, this may damage the hair dryer. 3. Use a small screw driver or a coin to switch the Dual Voltage Convert- er counterclockwise to the 250V mark.
